  • What is included in the PhilHealth package?

    The PhilHealth package includes the treatment fee and doctor’s fee.

  • Can Genesis provide ALL our supply needs?

    Yes. All medical supplies related to hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other medical procedure (biopsies etc.) are available.

  • Will my PhilHealth package cover emergency medications and other needs?

    No. Emergency medications and other supplies not enumerated in the philhealth package are not covered by Philhealth.

  • What time are the doctors available?

    In-house nephrologists are available for consultation during clinic hours and our multi-special diagnostic team (hematologist, cardio, etc.) are available via scheduling an appointment. To schedule a consultation please contact us at 288-6342.

  • What HMOs do you accept?

  • What are the clinic hours and how do I get a slot?

    For the hemodialysis unit:

    Genesis is open from Mondays to Saturdays and the schedule of shifting is available from 7 am – 11 am; 12 nn – 4:00 PM; and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To get a slot, you must make an appointment for your shifting schedule. You may contact us at 288 6342 loc 10.

    For the CT Scanand Xray Unit

    Genesis is open from Mondays to (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). To get a slot, you must make an appointment for your schedule. You may contact us at 288 6342 loc 106.

    For Ultrasound Unit

    Genesis is open from Mondays to (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). To get a slot, you must make an appointment for your schedule. You may contact us at 288 6342 loc 105.
    For the Ambulatory Surgical Unit (Operating Room)
    Genesis is open from Mondays to (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

  • What if I’m a NEW hemodialysis patient, how will I get a slot?

    Submit your endorsement letter from your last dialysis provider, your previous medical records, and other papers that might be needed (contact us to know what these are) and schedule your shift as well.

  • What discounts can I have?

    GP Genesis offers Senior Citizen Discounts, Person with Disability discounts, and Quezon City Residential Diacounts. Only one discount per transaction.

  • What time is laboratory open?

    The laboratory is open Mondays – Saturdays (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

  • What time is the ultrasound services available?

    We have an ultrasound technician available for clinic hours. However for specialized services, you must schedule it beforehand by calling us at 288 6342.

  • How do I know what to do before my procedure?

    You may call our technologists and technicians to ask for preparations.

  • When can I get my results?

    Our technicians and technologists will inform you via mobile or landline when your results are available.

  • How many months is the training program for nurses?

    The training program has a duration of 480 hours which is approximately three (3) months.

  • What are the requirements?

    Requirements include the ff: (1) PRC ID; (2) IVT Certificate; (3) BLS Certificate; and (4) Resume. A training fee is also collected upon registration.

  • What is the coverage of the training program?
